The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee daily operations in a dynamic cosmetics retail environment.

You will mentor staff to achieve targets, manage inventory and cash processes, and coordinate with store leadership to ensure a premier guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
