Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and help meet financial goals. You will hire, coach and direct team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
