Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We will provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed.

You will assist in running a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while ensuring excellent guest experiences. A multi-week training program is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a three or more week leadership training program to prepare for success.
