• Ability to perform basic retail calculations.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity with efficient tasks.
• Analyzes store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Schedules Associates to meet business objectives and ensures compliance.
• Maintains store safety, cleaning tasks, and emergency procedures.
• Recruits, trains, and develops non-exempt Associates.
• Manages payroll administration and related reporting.
• Supervises loss prevention and annual inventory processes.
