Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store in Cave Spring, VA. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering guest experiences that reflect our company standards.

We offer a comprehensive training program over three or more weeks to prepare you for success, plus ongoing mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Hire, train and direct staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
