Job summary

This role provides leadership for opening/closing routines, front-end execution, compliance, and operational activities, with potential progression toward Store Operations Manager in designated stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• Prior retail leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations under guidance of the Store Manager.
• Drive sales, planning, and prioritization of tasks.
• Coach Team Members and ensure Legendary Customer Experience.
• Support hiring, training, and policy adherence.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures.
