Job summary

You will support the Store Manager in budgeting, merchandising, and daily operations while ensuring brand standards. You will lead training for new hires, coach the team, and manage performance, with a focus on customer experience, loss prevention, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and flex store business strategies and growth across all categories; communicate goals to the team and track performance.
• Lead and participate in training for new hires and ongoing staff development; ensure high standards in customer service and loss prevention.
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cash handling and inventory control to meet financial targets.
• Manage merchandising to align with visual standards and ensure timely product presentation and housekeeping.
