Levi Strauss & Co. in Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager in achieving Iconic status. You will help drive customer satisfaction, sales growth and brand equity while managing day-to-day operations and staff development.

Responsibilities include payroll, inventory control, hiring and training, and coaching associates to deliver authentic Levi’s customer service in a fast-paced store. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for Levi’s brand.

Qualificações

• 3 years progressively responsible retail leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training sales associates.
• Strong retail apparel experience.
• Excellent customer service orientation; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy; quick learner of computer programs.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Energetic, positive demeanor and passion for Levi Strauss & Co.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in attaining store metrics and brand standards.
• Oversee payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.
• Help hire, train and retain a customer-focused staff.
• Ensure flawless visual presentation and merchandising adjustments as needed.
• Conduct interviews and screenings for stylist positions and recommend hires.
• Coach staff to develop knowledge and skills; promote growth within the organization.
• Foster a positive work environment and retain talent.
• Manage minor employee relations issues and policy adherence.
• Manage minor employee relations issues and enforce LS&Co policies.
