Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Open and close procedures; follow payroll, scheduling, and cash handling processes.
• Protect assets and perform loss prevention measures.
• Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed.
