Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in retail management software.
• Open availability including mornings, days, and nights; minimum 5 days/week; ~44 hours

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; foster a positive work environment.

• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.

• Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing and build community relationships.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify improvements and implement solutions for store operations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
