Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compelling product displays and store layout align with brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, and maintain a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; assist with lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Drive revenue through performance strategies and clear goal setting.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
