Skechers U.S.A., Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations, team leadership, and exceptional customer service delivery.

You will oversee inventory, visual merchandising, scheduling, and sales strategies to drive store performance while mentoring staff and upholding Skechers' standards.

This role offers a starting hourly rate of $22.39 with regular increases, plus generous footwear discounts and career growth within the Skechers network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' high standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes. May lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales goals.
• Problem-Solving: proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
