Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team, drive daily performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and store operations to support profitability.

You will mentor staff, build a positive, inclusive work environment, and implement sales strategies to meet targets. The role requires weekend/evening hours and offers a starting hourly rate of $19.84–$21.05, regular pay

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and store layouts meet high Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and organize restocking for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures; assist with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Problem-Solving: address challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
