Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets.
• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and restocking processes.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store operations.
