Job summary

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required; applicants must be 18+ and commit to certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Willingness to obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
• Perform register overrides, safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures
