You will model the “Always on, Never no” mindset, help hire and onboard staff, and ensure safety, standards, and loss prevention while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail with leadership or key-holding experience.
• Proven ability to coach and engage diverse teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operations.
