• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, ownership, and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and product.
• Take an owner/operator mindset and maintain standards.
