Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.

• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, front line, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and lead a positive environment for team and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
