Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a large team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to drive sales, control costs and shrink.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates and Assistant Managers for progression.
• Develop and execute plans to optimize merchandise mix, inventory, and customer service.
