Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; act as a mentor and role model.
• Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; assist in succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
