• Maintain high quality of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Lead scheduling, payroll, and associate training to meet business objectives.
• Recruit, hire and develop non-exempt associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Promote store safety, loss prevention and a clean, welcoming shopping environment.
