Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Pandora @ South Shore Mall to lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the Store Manager.

You will work with the team to hit sales targets, coach staff, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and operations. Candidates should be capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, with flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking and results focus.
• Ability to coach and inspire a sales team and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the sales floor engaging with customers and driving sales.
