Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Pandora @ Wrentham Premium Outlets- Store #979 to lead a high‑performing sales floor and support the Store Manager. The ASM will engage customers, coach the team, and ensure exceptional brand experiences on the floor and in back‑office operations.

The role requires a passion for Pandora's brand, strong communication, and the ability to drive sales while upholding merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking.
• Excellent time management and delegation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the sales floor engaging with customers to drive sales.
