Job summary

Yesway is seeking a store supervisor to assist the Store Manager with employee training, scheduling, and daily store operations in our Belmond, IA location. You will help resolve customer issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits and inventory control.

The role emphasizes hospitality to guests, profit monitoring, and coordinating with vendors and in-store services while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; and
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
