AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in daily operations at our Wilton location. You will help with merchandising, product launches, and driving sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales/customer roles in telecom, strong communication and leadership skills, and prior management experience. Expect training, leadership growth, and collaborative initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
