Qualifications

• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and guide associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales/KPIs.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit as needed, coach and address performance issues.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes, support digital strategies and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Payroll & scheduling: manage payroll hours and store schedules to meet business needs.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: keep store safe and protect assets through inventory and cash controls.
