• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing training and ongoing development for Associates; mentor and role model for a positive environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.
