CNRG, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sioux Falls, SD, to cover store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

You will lead associates, drive aggressive customer service, and ensure delivery of budgeted goals while upholding CNRG’s Mission and Values. The role requires certification across store areas (forklifts, DOT, gate, receiving, service desk) and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers, vendors and staff.
• Understand aggressive customer service and work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all store associates in the Store Manager's absence and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Merchandise floor to company standards and verify merchandise handling procedures.
• Recruit, select and train associates; monitor and improve store operations and security.
