Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead a team, uphold customer service excellence, and drive performance. You will mentor staff, manage merchandising standards, and oversee inventory and store operations to ensure a profitable, exciting in-store experience.

The role requires strong leadership, sales drive, and the ability to balance customer service with operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Retail or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
