Job summary

Yesway, Odessa is hiring a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with training and development, scheduling, and daily store operations. You will help resolve customer concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with audits, stocking, and guest transactions, and monitor profits through end-of-day procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; certification testing upon employment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
