Yesway- in Jacksboro, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with training, scheduling and daily operations. You will oversee guest transactions and ensure compliance while supporting a team to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes staff development, handling customer concerns, audits, and inventory placement. A high school diploma and supervisory experience in retail or quick-service settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; certification testing upon employment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality for all store guests.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
