Job summary

Yesway is seeking a Store Supervisor in Whitney, TX to assist the Store Manager with training and development, scheduling, and resolving customer concerns. You will oversee daily operations and ensure hospitality for guests while maintaining compliance and inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in fast food, retail, or convenience operations and a High School diploma or GED. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits, stocking and proper placement of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures and inventory controls.
