O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations in Illinois. The role leads the team in servicing customers, ensuring staffing for peak hours, and coaching team members to meet training goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification (preferred).
• ASE Certification and Spanish language ability are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Oversee returns, refunds, and invoicing of merchandise.
