Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our Domino's team in Hobbs. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations, supervises staff, and helps maintain store standards and cleanliness.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication. Prior management or QSR experience is a plus, with bonus potential and advancement opportunities available.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience in management or quick service restaurant is a plus.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness per company standards.
• Supervise employees effectively.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain store and equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
