Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Aztec, NM is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team. This role focuses on assisting the General Manager, supervising staff, and maintaining store standards while delivering great customer service.

The ideal candidate is reliable, capable of working full-time, and able to motivate a cohesive team. Prior quick-service restaurant or management experience is a plus, with opportunities for advancement within Domino's Team BAM!

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Prior management / QSR experience is a plus.
• Able to supervise with minimal supervision.
• Capable of motivating and leading cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness per company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Maintain store and equipment through cleaning and maintenance.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
