Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our Domino's store in Lovington, NM. This role supports the General Manager, helps supervise staff, and ensures smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be 18+, committed to full-time work, and bring reliable transportation. Prior management or QSR experience is a plus, with a focus on teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision; motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
