This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for advancement. You will help with hiring, training, inventory, and ensuring clean, well-maintained facilities while delivering exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and implementing standards.
• Count inventory and supplies to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain facility and equipment cleanliness per company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently to meet service goals.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Perform store maintenance and rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
