Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team in servicing customers and managing shifts when the Manager is absent. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role includes assisting in hiring, coaching, merchandising, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining store standards and a safe shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Assist in hiring tasks, scheduling and interviewing, selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
