Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Ensure the retail showroom staff executes customer service programs and achieves sales goals.
• Assist in hiring, coaching, and scheduling; conduct interviews and selection of qualified team members.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, cash handling, deposits, and security procedures.
• Coordinate transfers, special orders, and returns to ensure accurate processing and timely communication.
