Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking dynamic managers to lead our Houston stores. As a member of Management, you will oversee daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have autonomy to shape store success and contribute to company growth.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, drive sales, manage budgets, and engage with the local community while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities with communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills to review sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities
