Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets and team management
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to deliver outstanding service
• Analytical ability to read sales data, manage budgets and drive performance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in retail software and basic computer apps
• Must be able to move between store locations within the network as needed
