Costellos Ace is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for its Bel Air location. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales to meet company goals.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a minimum of 2 years in retail management, and strong leadership skills. Flexibility in scheduling is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
• Experience in inventory management and operational procedures within a retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations.
• Ensure store meets sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the recruitment, training and development of store staff.
• Maintain store standards by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on promotional events and marketing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
• Act as point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
