Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Support recruitment, training and development of store staff to ensure a skilled team.
• Maintain store standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth; provide insights to the Store Manager.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork.
