This on-site role requires availability evenings and weekends, lifting up to 50 pounds, and delivering exceptional service daily. The base salary ranges from $60,100 to $73,600, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Assistant Store Management Experience. Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments, consistently driving results and elevating team performance through hands-on leadership.
• Exceptional Leadership & Business Acumen. Strong ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent to deliver outstanding results and foster an energetic, collaborative atmosphere.
• Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills. History of building trust, clarity, and enthusiasm across teams and clients; adept at delivering feedback.

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience. Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
