Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proven ability to manage store operations, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor and role model a positive work environment.
• Coordinate loss prevention programs and improve store layout and efficiency.
