Job summary

Moose Knuckles Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our crew in a fast‑paced, high‑volume store. You will support the General Manager in sales performance, staff recruitment, development and payroll controls, and maintain merchandising standards with an authentic service style.

You should be well versed in both service and back‑of‑house operations, be results‑driven, and embody the Moose Knuckles culture while delivering cheerful, high‑level customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork.
• Dynamic, customer oriented with professional attitude.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for the Moose Knuckles brand and fashion knowledge.
• Attention to detail; you spot issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and initiatives by GM to achieve goals and manage stock.
• Operate the store to maintain productivity and profitability through staffing and inventory.
• Follow company policy, procedures and operations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual execution.
• Train and develop sales associates and BOH team.
• Model Moose Knuckles culture and deliver genuine service.
• Foster a culture of engagement across product, merchandising, operations, and sales.
• Develop and coach your team with observation and feedback.
• Adhere to HR policy in a professional environment.
• Demonstrate epic selling skills and hands‑on leadership.
