Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to open/close store at least 3 times per week and work two weekend shifts monthly.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Build product knowledge and promote promotions and rewards programs to customers.
• Support store management and lead the team in daily tasks.
• Assist customers in finding card and gift solutions for caring and connecting.
• Handle store operations: replenishment, merchandising, shipping, inventory, curbside orders.
