You will manage opening/closing, assist with hiring and training, and help the team deliver exceptional service while addressing issues and upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key holder experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to own outcomes.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience and store efficiency.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and train new associates.
• Coach teammates, address issues, and uphold store standards.
