Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Waldorf, MD to support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer care. You will coach a dynamic team and drive sales while maintaining merchandising and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading Shift Leads and Sales Associates, promoting the membership program, and assisting with staff recruitment and training to achieve store targets. A strong emphasis on service, efficiency, and loss prevention is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Retail management experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and customer service.
• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates to meet sales targets.
• Drive loyalty by promoting membership program and sign-ups.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and retention of store staff.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are maintained.
• Provide feedback and coach team to promote growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and compliance.
