Job summary

Space Age Fuel Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team, coach employees, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales. This on-site role requires strong leadership, money handling, and effective communication with staff and customers.

The position supports the Store Manager in daily operations, inventory control, training, and maintaining a safe store environment. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of proven leadership in a retail sales environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to handle money accurately and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to meet company objectives and maintain service standards.
• Support Store Manager and coordinate store operations.
• Assist in training and coaching store staff.
• Maintain inventory, handling invoices and cash in till accuracy.
• Maintain store safety and manage daily paperwork.
